Refund policy
Free Cancellation Window
Cancel up to 45 days before departure for a full refund of the trip cost (note: the booking amount is non-refundable).
Partial Refunds for Later Cancellations
Cancellations made 44–10 days before departure incur a 10%–50% fee of the total trip cost plus the non-refundable booking amount, depending on how close to departure the cancellation occurs.
No Refund for Last-Minute Cancellations
Cancellations made within 6 days of departure are non-refundable, and the full trip cost will be charged.
Terms & Conditions
The booking amount for all packages/trips is non-refundable.
A Credit Note may be issued if cancellation is made at least 3 days before the departure date (at the discretion of the organization).
In case of government orders, harsh weather, protests, landslides, or other unforeseen circumstances, alternative plans/trips will be arranged if possible.
If certain activities are cancelled due to such circumstances, the best alternative will be provided but no refunds will be given.
